JENNIFER DEKRYGER - SERVING WITH ABWE-TOGO, WEST AFRICA
Jennifer serves faithfully at the Hospital of Hope, where she invests in spiritual care and discipleship. She mentors hospital chaplains and leads regular Bible study with women who serve in ministry roles throughout Mango. God has also brought four Togolese female doctors into her life, and Jennifer meets with them regularly for prayer and encouragement from Scripture.
Throughout the hospital's medical ministry, Jennifer and her team share the hope of Christ daily with patients and their families, trusting God to use both physical care and Gospel truth to draw people to eternal hope. Their heart is to make the greatness of God known so that many across West Africa may experience the joy found only in Him.
PLEASE PRAY:
-
Open hearts for the Gospel - Pray that God will continue opening hearts among patients, families, and staff, and that His Word will bear lasting fruit throughout West Africa.
-
Strength, wisdom and endurance - Ask God to sustain Jennifer and her team through heavy emotional and spiritual burdens, giving them wisdom, holiness, and deep dependence on His grace.
-
Godly leadership in chaplaincy - Pray that the Lord will raise up mature, humble men to provide strong spiritual leadership, discipleship, and faithful shepherding.

NILES FAMILY - SERVING WITH ABWE-TOGO, WEST AFRICA
Alain and Katherine Niles serve at the Hospital of Hope through a wide range of ministry efforts, including medical care, logistics, leadership development, and investment in their local community. Their work places them on the front lines of both physical and spiritual needs, where they daily minister to people facing hardship while pointing them to the hope found in Christ.
A significant part of their ministry is leadership training and discipleship. They are actively mentoring several men who are teaching and leading within a growing house church. Two of these leaders are nearing completion of a three-year Bible Institute program, with the goal of transitioning more leadership responsibility to them soon. In addition, the Niles family mentors other house church groups focused on reaching local Muslim communities, helping develop teaching skills, pastoral care, and faithful spiritual leadership.
PLEASE PRAY:
-
Steadiness in ministry - Pray for emotional and spiritual strength as they navigate the highs and lows of medical ministry.
-
Provision for the hospital - Ask God to provide needed equipment, medicines, approvals, and logistics so quality care can continue.
-
Leadership growth and faithful witness - Pray for the men they are discipling, outreach to Muslim communities, and for their family to shine as faithful witnesses of Christ.
