Three Spring Creek missionary families serve there, equipping the next generation through leadership, teaching, discipleship, and campus life.

Leadership + Discipleship
Andrew serves as president, providing leadership for the school while also teaching Bible and family relationships classes. Sara disciples and encourages women on campus, investing in both students and staff. Together, they are helping equip future missionaries for church planting among unreached people groups.
Student Life + Administration
Nigel serves as Dean of Men, discipling and mentoring students as they prepare for missionary service. Kelsey serves as Administrative Assistant to the Dean of Students, supporting student life and campus ministry. Together, they are equipping the next generation of Gospel workers for the nations.
Campus Operations + Student Life
Reid serves on the Buildings and Grounds team, maintaining the campus to support the training of future missionaries. Mia serves on the Student Life team, discipling and encouraging students in their spiritual growth. Together, they help prepare believers to take the Gospel to unreached people groups around the world.
