Membership
Belong to a family on mission.
Membership is about belonging to a family on mission. It clarifies our shared commitments and helps us care for one another with intention. We commit to gather, grow, serve, and give as part of a local body.
Membership & Baptism
Membership and baptism are meaningful ways to identify with Jesus and belong to the life and mission of Spring Creek Church.

Why It Matters
How to Become a Member
This pathway helps you understand who we are, share your story, and take next steps in following Jesus with our church family.
Discover our doctrine, vision, values, and ministries. Ask questions and meet leaders. We will walk through what membership means biblically and practically at Spring Creek.
If you have not yet trusted Christ, we would love to talk and help you take that first step.
Complete your membership application and meet with a pastor or ministry leader to share your testimony, ask remaining questions, and discuss next steps for connection and growth.
This is relational and encouraging. We want to know you and help you flourish.
We practice believer's baptism by immersion as a public profession of faith in Jesus. If you have not been baptized since trusting Christ, we will help you prepare.
Already baptized as a believer? Wonderful. We will celebrate that with you.
Review our core beliefs and values, and commit to the shared life of Spring Creek: gathering, growing, serving, giving, and living on mission.
This is about unity in the essentials and charity in the non-essentials.
Once steps are complete, we welcome you into membership during an upcoming Sunday morning service and help you connect to a group, a serve team, and a discipleship pathway.
We are grateful to walk with you as family in Christ.
Baptism
Baptism proclaims the saving work of Jesus and publicly identifies a believer with His death, burial, and resurrection.
Baptism testifies that we have turned from sin and trusted Christ alone to save us. It symbolizes new life in Him and our union with His people.
Scripture: Romans 6:3-4; Matthew 28:19-20
We baptize those who have personally repented and believed the gospel. If you are exploring faith, we would love to walk with you toward that step.
Baptism does not save us. Jesus saves by grace through faith.
We practice baptism by immersion as the pattern we see in the New Testament and as a vivid picture of being buried with Christ and raised to walk in new life.
We will guide you through the process and help you prepare to share your testimony.
If you have trusted Christ but have not been baptized, we encourage you to take this step as part of uniting with our church family.
Talk with a pastor or ministry leader to begin.
