Explore our doctrine, vision, values, and ministries. Meet leaders, ask questions, and learn what membership means at Spring Creek.
02 Share Your Story
Complete an application and meet with a pastor or ministry leader to share your testimony and discuss your next steps. The conversation is relational and encouraging.
03 Be Baptized
If you have not been baptized since trusting Christ, we will help you prepare. Already baptized as a believer? We celebrate that.
We practice believer's baptism by immersion as a public profession of faith in Jesus.
04 Affirm Our Beliefs and Commitments
Align with our core beliefs and commit to gathering, growing, serving, giving, and living on mission together.
We pursue unity in the essentials, humility in the details, and love in all things.
05 Be Welcomed as a Member
Once the steps are complete, we will welcome you during a Sunday service and help you connect with a group, a serve team, and a discipleship pathway.
