In addition to this, we will go to Bible Museum, which is incredibly well done!
We are also working to have a day of outreach serving the community and showing God’s love.
Trip costs include coach bus transportation, all meals, hotel lodging and museum entrance fees.
Similar to Mission Trips, students will be able to send out support letters to non-Spring Creek family and friends to offset the cost of this trip.

Why go to Great Escape?
The Great Escape is part of a nation-wide ministry called YCM – Youth Conference Ministry. They have been offering camps to students since the mid-80’s and have done so successfully throughout the US and internationally with various work site camps, etc.
The Worship: There are two large group worship sets with a large “concert” type look to it on stage – it is usually loud which students like and engaging which students & leaders like as well.
The Play: Each late morning there are 3 different recreation fields which host a wide variety of games that pertain to the environment: Water Games by the lakefront, mud & messy games by Field X and large group team challenges and fun contests at Field Rec.
The Rooms: Students stay in nice hotel rooms at the conference center, which are located on the main campus. There are guys only floors and girls only floors. Our leadership team is strategically placed by the students' rooms.
Students and leaders gather together on this week to grow in Christ personally and to grow in relationships with others within the LOFT and with people from other youth groups. Retreats are awesome opportunities to connect in a deeper way with the God who created you and seeks to live through you. Join us to make new memories together at Great Escape 2023!

Grasping This Truth Will Change Your View of God ForeverIf God is good and all-powerful, why doesn't He put a stop to the evil in this world? Christians and non-Christians alike struggle with the concept of a loving God who allows widespread suffering in this life and never-ending punishment in hell. We wrestle with questions such as...

Where do you turn when the world around you grows dark? Do you know there is One who can bring your life purpose and meaning? In this 12 week class, we will dive into the Gospel of John. There are two main purposes for this book in the Bible. 1) That we would believe in Jesus; and 2) That we would find life in his name.Despite what our culture may argue, there is only one hope that is truly trustworthy and that is Jesus Christ.

How to become a bright light in a very dark place: the story of Daniel navigating a pagan worldIn 586 BC God’s wrath was poured out on the southern Kingdom of Israel. The Babylonian war machine destroyed Jerusalem and took the cream of the crop back to Babylon. Daniel, one of these Jewish captives, was torn from his home and thrust into a very dark situation. He was placed in a training program for how to become a Babylonian magician. He and his three Jewish friends entered a very demonic world. How can they navigate this strange place and continue to stay faithful to their God? Empowered by God’s sovereignty, young Daniel takes the novel message of an all-powerful God to a placed littered with capricious gods and dark spirits.
Daniel is able to thrive in this dark world because he introduces the pagan Kings to the true ruler of the Universe. The Kingdoms of this world will come and go, but Daniel is given a vision of a Kingdom that will never end. God unveils these mysteries to the prophet Daniel, who then shows the reigning superpowers who is really in control. In this class, we will see how God’s sovereignty can serve as the source of strength in a dark and hopeless situation.

Spring Study: March 14 – May 2 (off March 28th for Spring Break)Hosea JENNIFER ROTHSCHILDThe Book of Hosea is a deeply personal and passionate love story, yet it’s a difficult story. As an account full of harsh judgment unfolds, we find in its midst a rare gem: the truest and purest of loves. Hosea, an old-testament prophet, preached his own life message using his marriage as the sermon illustration. This study of Hosea looks deeply at that message. You’ll be guided to understand, but more especially to apply, the message of the prophet of love. Hosea showers us with hope and points to the coming of the promised Messiah. Be amazed by the love of Hosea for his wayward spouse—and more amazed by the unfailing love of God for His wayward people.
